"I consider myself to be in good shape. I'm a former Marine and am, currently, a mailman. I don't have time to stop, literally. To be blunt, I was concerned with diarrhea. No problems at all. "This is a complete waste of money & time. I did what the bottle instructs & there was no differance in my bowl movements at all. You are better off taking Exlax or fiber then doing this. The only thing that this cleans is your pocket book for wasting money. Buyer beware....It doesn't work!!!! "
