Great flavor, better than average price!
"I felt cheated when I made the shake with 8 oz of water (looks only), so I added 2 cups of ice and made a shake/smoothie that to the eye was quite large, the flavor is great and it was filling. The benefit is the added water you get from the ice. I've lost over 30 lbs. since Jan 08 and this was a great help. "I have been using this product faithly replacing my breakfast and lunch every day for over 12 weeks and have found no weight loss. I was working long hours and had no time to exercise.
