DELICIOUS!!
"I used this as a quick meal in the morning. As some of the other reviewers have mentioned, don't mix it with a spoon because it'll be grainy; use a shaker cup or a blender. Also, if you mix it with milk instead of water, it fills you up for much longer and tastes like a vanilla birthday cake. Delicious! I would definitely recommend it...." Read Full Review »

Not as Good as I thought
"I have tried a different product and enjoyed it and was not able to get to the store so I brought this product. It tasted terrible. I tried mixing it with water then with 1% milk and it was no better. It is too thick and it has too many carbs and sugar. It did not curb my appetite when I used it as a supplement for lunch.
