This is a great pack !

"Great pack. I've used it many time on the Superior Hiking Trail. 30-50 miles trips with 25-40 lbs in all kinds of weather with only one complaint. when new it can make some noise, but after some ajustments it will subside. I gave it only four stars because this is my first "large" capacity pack and I can only compare to smaller packs, and the squeaking...." Read Full Review »

"I have a very sensitive and bad back. After piecing together an XS Baltoro with small shoulder straps and medium hip belt, I created the perfect fit. Thanks to REI for puting up with me and scavaging all the different size pieces to create a custom pack. My ultimate goal was to get that Gregory lumb …"  Read Full Review »

"I bought this pack back in the late Spring in preparation for a trip to the North Cascades. I'd had no real backpacking experience prior to this upcoming trip.
