"After 3 months of trying to get the washer to work properly, without a flood everyday, it was determined that there was a hole in the tank by the repairman from Haier that made two visits.After many hours and days of phone calls and complaining to customer services, managers, supervisors, etc., Haier decided to replace this product with a new one.
