i would buy this product again
"Because of my husbands job, we get up anywhere from 2:00a.m. to 5:00a.m. so i set the coffeepot up the night before. the coffee brews so fast that i only have to set it for 5 minutes before we get up. My old one,( mr. coffee) took at least an hour. By then the warming plate would start cooling off so the coffee was not hot and fresh tasting. Tough Call
"I'm less than overjoyed. It's just OK. The best thing is being able to stick your cup under and no carafe to mess with. The absolute worst thing is how big it is. If your counter space is limited this is a monster. Access to the self contained pitcher...the thing your put the water in to pour into the actual pot...has a handle in the back.
