Hamton Bay Furniture Is Great
"We bought the Hampton Bay outdoor wicker table with 4 chairs and the loveseat. They have endured the elements the past year with no problems. We cleaned them thoroughly last weekend because the pollen’s been rampant. The furniture looks brand new. The chairs and loveseat are very comfortable even without the cushions. BAD CHOICE -- BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
"I bought two of these chairs, a coffee table, and a loveseat. After the furniture was delivered, I noticed that the plastic wicker had been cracked and began to unravel from 2 of the chair legs, leaving a bare steel pipe. Still worse, the two bottom caps on the legs of the loveseat were missing, and just 2 steel pipes stuck out. Many, many calls to Home Depot failed to resolve the matter. The last person promise..."
