"I love this steamer. It is fantastic. It cleans the carpet great. Plus leaves the floor almost dry. It is easy to take a part and clean. Seperate tanks for the clean water and dirty water. Better than the Bissell .... but still lacking

"For the second go-over, I pre-heated one-half of the water to almost the boiling point and got much better results than with just the hot tap water alone the first time. Another draw-back is, that just picking up clean water did NOT work for cleaning the nozzle, too much debris was left in the crevices.
