"I couldn't believe how much dirt, ETC. I was able to get out of my carpets! I have cats, birds & 1 LARGE dog & my carpets look, smell & feel brand new! The only problem I did have was once I didn't place the dirty water tank lid on securely so no water was being extracted. I securely sealed the lid the water came up perfectly. Not comparable to a professional as indicated
"I am really not impressed. I just did my entire living room several times. Although the used water was dirty it wasn't that dirty. And it did not get out any marks that I can usually remove with a rental machine or a professional.
