"Great little unit. It does a great job of cooling the room, although its a tad more noisy than I expected. Installation was a breeze and it seems far more efficient than traditional window/wall units. I may never turn on the big central A/C again. "I use this product to cool a 10'-14' room. However, 12,000 BTU's is not quite enough to really cool the entire room because I have a connecting room and there is no door to close to trap the air. The unit is compact and mobile, however, you are restricted to rooms with windows as a window exhaust is necessary.
