"I spent all day cleaning up the office and shredding years worth of paper from the filing cabinet. All the shredder claims are true. It slows down when shredding 10 sheets of paper but always finishes up. I also shredded complete letters. This works great for a home office. I never had anything jam either. Beware - Light Duty Only
"This unit works well for light duty shredding, but be aware of it's limitations. It can shred credit card offers if they aren't too thick. In my case I was doing just this when I inserted an envelope that was too thick. The machine stalled, but it has a reverse feature to back out the jammed paper. Best crosscut shredder under $130
"I needed to replace a relatively inexpensive "store brand" crosscut shredder. It lasted 3 or 4 years, but the plastic/metal blade was done in by shredding labels with adhesive on the back. Never again!!
