Directions	Take 3 to 6 capsules with water (8 fl oz.) before bedtime on a daily basis until desired results are achieved. Then reduce amount and maintain. Drink 6-8 glasses of water throughout the day to achieve best results. For cleansing, take capsules for a period of 30-90 days. Do not exceed 6 capsules in any 24 hour period. A cleansing program can be incorporated up to 3 times annually. For sensitive bowels begin by taking 1 capsule per day for 3 days before increasing the intake level.

"I tryed this 11 weeks ago taking the maximum amount and I have lost 39 pounds so far. It is the first product that worked for me.
