"Love the smell...but it is so soft and hydrating I am wondering if it is really a powder or is it a soft powdery substance that is really a cream? It goes on smooth like a powder but my skin feels like I have put a hydrating non-greasy cream on after using it. I'm baffled but not complaining. "
