STILL works great!
"I've owned this refrigerator for almost 5 years now and have had no problems with it at all. I LOVE the elevator shelves and it's easy to find replacement water filters online for about half the retail price.
My fridge still looks brand new and is easy to clean with Thor Stainless Steel cleaner (the BEST!).
My other appliances are Kitchenaid, and this fridge looks great with them. LOVE it!"

"This is a good refrigerator, and looks great in our remodeled kitchen. Would have given it 5 stars except that: 1) water filter doesn't seem to last very long; and 2) side-by-sides just won't hold large turkeys and frozen pizzas! We still enjoy it."

"After 5 years stopped working (same as the Jenn-Air dishwasher). Doors don't always close by themselves."

"Well, it is smaller because it is counter-depth. We knew that, but while on paper it is not much smaller than a regular fridge, the narrow shelves on the door makes it hard to fit the many jars we have. Nevertheless, it is a great fridge. I love the cranks to adjust the height of the shelves which makes it much easier to accommodate bottles that may be just a little too tall. We have had it for three months now. We enjoy it."
