Second through Fifth Year : Jenn-Air will provide replacement magnetron, touch pad and microprocessor, part and labor, which proves defective as to workmanship or materials.

"Based on Jenn-Airs excellent reputation, I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED when my microwave died after only 2 yrs of very light use. I purchased ALL Jenn=Air appliances and I'm very disappointed in the poor quality of their products. "
