Now that's a workout!
"This DVD is a must for anyone who wants to get a great 20 minute workout. I love to exercise, but I have never done circuit training before until I got this DVD and man did I get a workout! There are three levels of circuit training and even the first level was tiring for me at first. I will say that the workouts do seem to be slightly advanced. Killer on Knees - But I love Jullian
"This is a killer workout. I made it 10 days with level 1 and 3 days with level 2 before having to stop. My knees are killing me; I could barely walk afterwards. Sweat like a pig and no weight loss or inch loss. Will probably need a very strict diet to see any results.Jillian is very pleasant to listen to and very motivational.
