"I use this product on long trail rides, split in half as one of my 6 meals per day, and sometimes as a meal replacement. This bar is extremely tastey and chewy. The 300 calories and 31grams of sugar are a little daunting which is why I split them in half or share them with someone. They are almost like having a candy bar, but keep you full for a long time. "I had purchased the GoLean bar roll-- chocolate peanut roll and really enjoyed the flavor of that product. This isn't anything like that product. We didn't like this one at all. We couldn't give it away to anyone. It has a bad after taste, if you could handle swallowing it, There are better high protein products on the market, I suggest you walk on by on this one...."
