Love the Organization!
"My husband really wanted us to buy an upright freezer, but we didn't have luck with the last one (door came open a couple of times and also it quit working after about 5 years) so I wanted a chest freezer. We bought this one based on the reviews so wanted to share my opinion after we got ours home and filled with food. Replacement for 40 year ...
"Replacement for 40 year old same size. Outward appearence leads you to believe that it would be better insulated (thicker wall); with checking outside cabinet with ditigital thermometer it "leaks" same amount of cold as 40 year old one. Top edge of cabinet is 4 piece with 8 plastic seam joints which causes inability for lid seal to function 100% (allows 8 leaks) which allows more "frost up" than the old one. Doe..." Better than expected!
"I gave up a upright freezer for this chest type for the electricity savings. I thought it would be much harder to use but on the contrary it is much easier.
