This is a computer
"I bought this to replace a 20+ year old Kenmore which was getting creaky. That had totally obvious, intuitive, manual controls. Be advised that if you're doing the same, with this you're actually buying a computer. This thing has quirks, presets, and behavior that is neither obvious, nor intuitive, nor for some part manually controllable. I just had to VENT!!!!!
"I haven't even had this range for 24 hours. I purchased it on, Saturday, 4/18/09 and it was delivered on, Sunday, 4/19/09 at approximately 11:15AM. I tested all but one component the evening of, Sunday, 4/19/09. The only component I did not test was the self clean process. On, Monday, 4/20/09 at 8:53AM I tested the self clean process, with a cleaning time of 2 hours. At 9:26AM black smoke came out of the vent ..." Read Full Review »

Very nice entry level range w/ convection oven
"I just bought this range and have had a chance to use only the cooktop. I made a grilled cheese sandwich for breakfast, which is my touchstone for even browning. It came out perfectly.
