What a disappointment!

"Ordered this from Sears first one came and was dented Sears took it back no problem. Sent the next one, we moved into our house and used the convect convert for the first time last night. Salesman told us it did this wonderful convection convert and converts the time...which it does but it doesn't tell you how long you have left, ie.
