"This is a great microwave from SAMSUNG, you know the people that make superb Refrigerators. I read the many reponses. First I do a complete due diligence on every product available. First Sears, you need to update your store sales info placard, this is a 300 CFM not a 400 CFM unit. No big deal, poor salesman just sold what he read, same as me. "I purchased this microwave in January 2008 to replace a 16 year old GE (that was still working)because we were remodling. It is now a little more than 6 months after the warranty expired and the unit has expired also. Definately electrical the smell was awful! "First, we do not use the microwave for cooking. Basic use, heating, defrost, popcorn, etc. For our use, we are happy with our choice. Like the side to side turntable. "After much research on consumer reports and elsewhere, I decided on this model. It's made by Whirlpool, which is a good thing in this case.
