I purchased the Kenmore ...
"two years later -- same EXACT thing happened to us. we still haven't received ours, borrowed a propane tank from someone else, never figured out how to connect it, summer is over and we haven't used the brand new grill. great service, sears..... really, most frustrating thing about moving into this new house - THE GRILL!!

OK, But
"The conversion kit works OK to use with natural gas but it took me two tries to get all the parts. My first kit arrived unopened but all the parts were not there. Sears would not send me the missing parts. I had to undo everything I had already converted and send the entire package back. Then I had to pay again to reorder the part. I am waiting to get credit for the one I returned."

"I purchased the Kenmore 16237 grill and needed this natural gas conversion. Unfortunately.....it was out of stock and took nearly a month to get one. Customer Service was no help. They recommended I just use the LP which meant buying a tank I would never use again. If Sears is going to continue selling grills, I would recommend they have adequate conversion kits on hand. Make sure if you buy this grill and need this conversion that they have one in stock before you purchase it."
