Major Defect
"DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNTIL THERE IS A CHANGE IN QUALITY. This microwave was built with the cabinet unlevel. One cornor is 1/2 inch short. This makes it rock on the countertop. I checked at the Sears store and found that every microwave Elite in stock was the same way. Would not recommend
"I orginally purchased this microwave almost 14 months ago for full price. With in 6 months, I noticed the convection oven was not working properly, foods were taking longer and longer to cook. Finally 9 months after that, the internal processor / computer either melted or overheated and wouldnt shut off the pre heat setting on the oven, and the entire microwave would shut down because it was overheating . 4 mont..." "I love that it cooks faster while allowing foods to get brown and crisp where desired. The microwave is great!
