So far, so good...
"Have had this since last Christmas and so far have not had any problems. I've used it several times to make pie crust and it works up perfectly every time. Have also used it to puree whole tomatoes for sauce as well as large batches of pesto with no trouble. Sorry to read that others have had such problems with the machine. Nice Features - Poor Execution
"I purchased the Kenmore Elite food processor because I liked the idea of using the multiple disks for a number of functions. On the very first use, pressure build up from food that slipped between the slicing disk and inside top of the cover caused the tab that locks down the plunger shoot to pop off.
