Very Nice Microwave - Overall
"I did research on several microwaves since our old Sharp (microhood) died on us. This one came back with more options than most. We really wanted to be sure it had Sensor Heating! When we looked at the microwave after reviewing the features online we weren't real sure about that "knob" menu options idea. We love it! Turntable badly designed, fussy controls.
"It does heat well & evenly. It looks nice. As other reviewers have noted the turntable is a problem. Ours jumped off the track often when we first installed it. This makes a loud sound when the glass tray clangs back down, can be quite startling. For some unknown reason it seems to have gotten better over time.
