"Bought this model as a part of our kitchen make-over. Loved it at first. Great size and features. Have now owned it for close to 4 years. The oven has had light use. It has now failed. "I was excited to FINALLY get my old micro off the countertop. My new microhood is easy to use with directions that are easy to understand.
