"I've had this range for about a year now. All the complaints here are ridiculous. This is the best value avaiable for a stainless gas range. The look is phenomenal. If your grates are uneven take them back because mine are level. Soapy water cleans the glass top, then go back with a dry cloth to buff off smudges (Takes maybe 5 minutes). Get What You Pay For?
"My ancient range broke, and I learned that finding a 36" range is NOT easy, at least if you're on a budget. The old range had a horrible oven, but the cooktop was superior to this one. The grates not only sit crooked on the glass cooktop, but the pots and pans also rattle, shake, and even tip over on the grates because they are only a cross pattern. Very, very disappointing.
