Consistency is the name of the game
"As a competitive athlete I need to have a way to quantify the quality of my training sessions. I have used bike trainers in the past and found one big problem that stopped me from getting the must of my training, consistency. I train using watts. High-tech but needs some improvements.
"There is too much plastic in critical areas, in using the bike, putting together and movement, especially considering its weight: the strength of the machine components should be stronger to support its weight Luckily I got the insurance as I expect some things to break at some point even if I am careful.
