"I have owned this stroller since 2007, it still works great, looks great and I use it everywhere. It's been used for 2 kids so far, and our third will use it as well, in fact we're going to get a second since we still use it on nearly every outing, and it's much easier than hauling our huge double stroller for long day outings. "I think this stroller is good. Its not great, but the alternatives and prices that you compare it to, make it the best "packaged deal" out there. Pros: -VERY lightweigt -Folds long and skinny (plus a handle to lift it) -Good/usable/reachable basket underneath -can fit a good sized toddler (my 23 month old/26 pound kid and then my 4 yr old/37 pound kid both fit comfortabley) -dark color doesn't show dirt -cute st..." "I got this stroller and man what a great product! I drive a Mustang and we originally had the Graco stroller frame that you click the car seat into, but it took up almost all of my trunk space, and my almost 5 month old was not happy always being in the car seat whenever we went out. I love that this folds up so small, I was amazed! There is still quite a bit of room in my trunk. The cup holder is nice and it is great that it reclines, nice for long outings. My daughter loves it and so do I. It handles very well. The only problems I have is that it does not have a tray and the visor is so short. I was having to push it backwards just to keep the sun out of her eyes. I just clipped on a adjustable visor from my smaller cheaper umbrella stroller and that is a good fix. For the price though this is a great buy!"

"While I was pregnant I went out and bought a full size travel system by graco but when it was time to use it, it was so big it wouldnt fit in our tiny jeep wrangler (I know not baby friendly at all, lol). After trying other ways to carry our newborn (car seat, carriers, slings, all of which she hated) we broke down and spent the money on this one. I love it, the tri-fold is GREAT, my baby is soooo much happier in it, we've had it now for about 2 months now and we use it just about everyday. The only things I don't like are that you cant use the storage underneath if its reclined too far and I REALLY wish the sun shade was adjustable... poor lil girl gets blinded all the time :( Annnddd I wouldnt mind a bar on the front for her to hold on to or attach toys to. But all in all its worth the money and I wish I would have purchased this in the first place since my full size stroller is now just collecting dust in my closet."
Pros:
"We bought this stroller cause we needed a reclining stroller for our 16 pound,6 month old for FL trip. We were skeptical but after the first day we were raving about how it was worth every cent. We didn't like Maclaren - wheels were too small and hard to steer. Our baby has not been napping at all for the past 2 months yet she naps for 3 hours in this stroller. If you have a baby who doesn't sleep you know how happy we are about this! The cons are no cup holders for mom or baby, a shrinky dink basket and no real protection with the canopy but it's great size (folds like an umbrella stroller) light weight (great for travel/in and out of car) and reclining feature (rare in umbrella strollers) that allowed out baby to sleep- made it worth [$] to us. Know what you are buying- it is an umbrella stroller- does not have all the bells and whistles of a larger stroller."

Cons:
"I purchase this stroller to get rid of the other two I had for my 16 month old daughter. I need something decent without spending too much money. Due to the 2010 Blizzard in Washington DC, I have only had the chance to use it once, as of today. I know brighter days are coming and this is a perfect stroller for outings to the Smithsonian's and the National Zoo. Easy to steer and nice grips on the handles so your hands don't sweat. I just wished that Diapers.com carried all of the accessories that was made for the Graco IPO stroller. It's kind of hard tracking down the rain shield. As it states in the manual that one was made specifically for this stroller. When I purchase things I like to get the complete set (don't like to deal with too many manufacturers)Help me please!!"
Pros:
"We've only used the stroller a few times, but really like its features. We did a lot of research and liked this one the best, for a mid-priced umbrella stroller. It is easy to push, my 7 mo old seems comfortable, and the basket is a decent size. It is light weight, a nutral color and will clean easy. We really liked this one because it reclines more than most umbrella strollers--I just hope the strap holds up, because once it goes, there won't be any way to keep the seat upright (this is why I only gave it 4 stars). The straps work well, but take an extra 2 steps to clip together--the shoulder straps have to be re-attached to the seatbelt each time."
Pros:
"I bought this stroller to have something less bulky than the travel system stroller and I love it! I don't understand what people are saying about the 5 point harness...its so easy to use and easy to adjust. I love that the stroller reclines. Its great for when my daughter gets sleepy or if we're at a theme park. I love every Graco product that I've owned and this stroller is no exception. Great quality and great price!"
Pros:
"I spend hours of internet and store searching for the right stroller. The travel systems are too bulky and heavy, and the $20 unbrellas have no support for little baby's (6mo up)and don't recline. I needed to find something that hit right in the middle of both. I wanted something
1) genderneutral
2) light weight
3) folds like an umbrella
4) reclines the entire way back(flat)
5) under $100
6) tall handles so I don't have to bend over
Jeez, I could not find anything that did all that. Either it did some and did not fold like an umbrella , or did not recline back the whole way,or did some of what I wanted but not all.
I loved the Peg Perego's, but who can spend $300 on a stroller and it did not umbrella fold like I wanted. I like the baby trend, but it was not gender neutral it looked too much like a boy, I liked the Jeep reclining umbrella and ibaby, but none of the 7 stores I went to carried either. I also did not want to pay shipping, wait four days to get something and then take it back beacuse I did not like it. I also liked the Capri by Chicco, but that only reclines part way, nowhere near flat, and has a partial zipper recline.
Then I found this Graco IPO. I found it online first, but then went to see it with my 6 month old. I pushed her around in it and it is great. All the easy function of an umbrella, easy fold, easy push, rotating 360 degree wheels, reclines the whole way, no zipper recline either- I hate those!
It is a bit heavier than I'd prefer but for everything else I needed to be met I'll sacrifice a few extra pounds. The only thing really did not like it the snap/buckle for securing the child on the seat. Graco is putting it on all their stuff now. It gives you the choice of a 3 or 5 point harness, but the way it hooks up stinks. It's a pain in the butt to get all the peices to stay together long enough to snap them while your child is squirming. That's the only complaint I have, and I bought it anyway because it met all my other needs. Assembly is easy, no tools, just snap on the wheels and the canopy and your done.
Benefit from my long hours wasted- save yourself some time and buy this one if you have the same list of needs I did!"

"This stroller is great if you are looking for a lightweight stroller that folds up small like an umbrella stroller but still reclines and has a shade canopy. I do my research when it comes to purchasing safe, convenient and practical baby items. I read the reviews about the steering and I think most people don't realize you have to unlock the front wheels and then it will turn and steer easily. When I tried it out in the store the front wheels were locked and I did not realize it until after I started steering and it seemed hard to steer and didn't turn very well. After checking the stroller out, I realized the front wheels were locked (I unlocked them & had no problems with the steering or turning). Consumer reports rates it Very Good for ease of use, Excellent for manuverability, Excellent for safety, and Excellent for durability. Overall it is a great stroller for the price. It is rated much higher than the Peg Perego Aria (this was rated lowest in the stroller categories & costs alot more). It is also rated safer than the Peg Perego Pliko P3. It is also rated much higher than the Maclaren Volo & the Combi Torino & Cosmo (The Combi strollers are rated low compared to other similar strollers-especially in safety). I actually bought the Ipo Vegas model and it does have 1 cup holder. I also purchased a stroller organizer bag at BRU for $14.99 (which hangs off the handles) and has additional cupholders & pockets to put more stuff in. If you are looking for something compatible with a Graco Snug ride 32 carseat & still lightweight & folds up compactly like an umbrella stroller, then go with the Graco Mosaic (which is very similar to this and also rated very good by consumer reports)."
Pros:
"We found ourselves in Orlando today with no stroller (I thought my husband put it in the car, and he thought I did), so we put Babies'R'Us in our GPS and bought a stroller with the intention of using it for the day and returning it...but this stroller is not going back. It caught my eye because it was Graco, and my husband likes the colors and the tall handle height. It's the first stroller we've owned that he could comfortably push without leaning forward. The storage basket held my keys, wallet, and a couple other things, but couldn't fit our huge DadGear diaper bag backpack. But, then again, our other stroller doesn't even have a storage basket, so this was a huge plus. The canopy is good size, and I like the "sunshade" feature, and it's easy to assemble, fold, unfold, push, turn, etc. and my son was comfortable. We bought it to use with my baby (13 mos), but even my 2 1/2 year old (weighing 36 lbs) got in and went for a ride, and it was just as easy to push and comfortable for him. I have yet to find a con - ideally, I'd like a snack tray - but it is an umbrella stroller. Also, the recline is very easy to use, but I will say that the recline and fold take some learning, but after the second time I folded it, I got it, and now I can do it very quickly and easily. The stroller folds compactly, locks closed, and has a padded carry handle. I'm looking forward to using it in the airport later this summer. I highly recommend this stroller - well done Graco!"

I would have bought another much sooner but couldn't find it anywhere in the latte, just the crazy prints they had the past year or so."
