"I was a bit skeptical about buying this stroller but after hours of reading reviews and looking at other double strollers in stores we decided to order this one.

BIG plus was that the stroller will hold a 50 lb. child in the front seat! We have a 4 year old daughter and another daughter on the way so we needed something that would hold them both for a couple of years.

We take lots of walks and enjoy shopping from time to time so we wanted something smaller for the stores, maneuverable, large enough for an infant seat and a toddler, big basket, cup holders! It HAS it all!!

Once the stroller arrived I put it together which was so easy and strolled our 4 year old around the house in it. It is so smooth and easy to maneuver. EASY to fold down and up! A tad heavy though, but the frame is sturdy and metal. I wouldn't want my two children riding in anything flimsy anyway so the weight is a small price to pay for their safety.

I love how compact it is folded down for a double stroller! The back seat reclines all the way AND has a base flap that folds up making it bassinet like for a smaller infant. The basket folds down so that you can reach into it easily if baby is in the back seat. It comes with the infant front seat attachment and the cupholders so you can decide which way you want to use it. The canopies are large and should work great for blocking the sun.

The front seat is a little on the smaller side, but will be fine for our 4 year old as she is a skinny minnie and only weighs about 32 lbs. I don't think a larger child would have trouble sitting in it though. Our daughters head does come a little up over the top of the back of the seat as she is very tall for her age, however her legs fit comfortably onto the footrest perfectly in length.

We owned an evenflo single stroller before this one and this is a Rolls-Royce compared! :) I LOVE the curved handles! Easy steering & can hang things on them. I love all of the different storage areas the stroller has. A large fold down under basket, a net bag compartment on the back of the front seat, a smaller basket in the front under the stroller and then the parents pack on the handlebar. Oh, and I love that the color will work for boys or girls!

Gigantic A+++ to Hayneedle for the great price & FREE fedex shipping! The stroller arrived very quickly as promised. This is my new favorite place to shop!! Thank you Hayneedle and Graco!"

    Pros:

  • Comfortable,
  • Durable,
  • Easily stowed,
  • Easy to maneuver,
  • Easy to set up,
  • Smooth ride

"I use this everytime I need a stroller. I use it on daily walks, shopping trips, in waterparks, you name it. I have a 6 month old and a two year old and this stroller is perfect for them. I wanted a double stroller for convenience, but they were all so big and bulky, not to mention ugly. Then I found this one. I tested it in the store and had to have it. It is a big and a little heavy, but it HAS TO BE. I have a Dodge Stratus and I can fit this stroller in the trunk and still get overnight bags or a load of groceries in there, too. It doesn't take up much more room than my single stroller. It rolls nicely. The vertical handles make it easy to maneuver. I was looking for multiple positions in both seats, which was not easy to find, but this stroller has it! This stroller is definitely worth every penny."

Great heavy duty stroller

★★★★★
5.0

"I have a 7 month old son and 2 year old daughter. This stroller is perfect for long days at the zoo, park, mall, and leisurely strolls in the neighborhood. Easy to handle and my daughter absolutely loves to sit in the front. On more than one occasion, we have used this stroller for my daughter and her friend while touring the local zoo. Both girls were very comfortable and the stroller was still easy to maneuver and push despite the extra weight.

One downside is the weight of this monster- it is definitely heavy though it holds anything and everything! Large underneath storage compartment and our diaper bag easily hangs from the back (no worry it will tip since it is so heavy!). We have a minivan so there is no problem to keep it in the back though I could see how it would be difficult to fit in the trunk of a sedan.

Overall, I would recommend this stroller to anyone who needs a heavy duty stroller for long day outings. Additionally, it is wonderful for my daughter to sit in the front where she cannot poke, pinch or otherwise bother the baby in the back. This was the major reason we decided not to purchase a side-by-side stroller."

Too much money for the colors

"I tried this one out at a BabiesRUs store and fell in love with it. I bought the same exact model in the G Galore print. I have a 2 1/2 yr old son and a 5 week old daughter. I have used the stroller 3 ways...tyke in front, infant seat in back...infant seat in front, tyke in back...but I most often put the tyke in front and the infant laying down in the back. The one thing that the Graco stroller has that some of the more expensive brands did not have is the dual cupholders for parents. Also, each child has their own drink holder and snack holder. I love the storage pocket under the front seat and on the back of the front seat. And Graco's seat recline is a lever you pull up, so it actually sits at a 90 degree angle and totally flat, unlike other brands. The pic is of my 2 year old a few weeks ago sleeping in the stroller... he hasn't slept in a stroller since he was a year old, and he fell asleep sitting up in this one! Love love love everything about this stroller."

Love this double stroller!

★★★★★
5.0

"I needed a double stroller for my two boys...who are only 16 months apart. I would have loved to get a sit 'n stand (like a Joovy - they are so much smaller), but my oldest is still too young and active to sit on the back and with just a lapbelt to hold him in....so I needed two full seats (including one that would hold a CHICCO infant car seat). After much researching and shopping around, we bought this stroller and I love it. It fits the car seat in the back, you just have to lift the snack bar up to fit it. My oldest loves riding in the front because he can see everything! It's got a ton of storage space underneath...which was huge for me because my chicco cortina single stroller did not have a big basket. Folds down great and easily too. I own a 08 RAV 4.

EVERY double stroller is going to be bulky and heavy and my kids are extra heavy too (22 months - 35# and 6 months - 20#), but I can maneuver this stroller really well (I'm 5'2) and it is very sturdy. It does not feel cheap whatsoever! Great buy! I love it!"

highly reccommend

★★★★★
5.0

"I don't know what I would do without my double stroller! I use it about 5-7 times a week, and have had it for 6 months now. We have a 21 month old and a chunker of a 6month old. I use it everywhere- grocery shopping, mall, walks around town, children's museum, etc. Our older daughter loves that she doesn't have a tray in her lap, blocking her mobility, but I love that the straps are very easy to put a squirmy toddler in (since the shoulder and lap straps are separate), and that she still has two bowls to put her cup and crackers in.

The only complaint I have about this stroller is that it is big and heavy. But, that is what I wanted - a very strong and durable double stroller that will hold up to two children 14 months apart. So, even though it is large, I would buy it again and reccommend it to anyone.

And, the past few weeks I have even been using it to trek through the crazy midwest snow, and it has been wonderful still!"

Faulty Parent Cupholders

★★★★☆
4.0

"I love this double stroller! My almost 3 y/o son loves it as well... on our recent trip to Hawaii, I don't know what we would have done without it? He couldn't wait each and every time to jump in the front of it! However, he does un-click his safety harness very, very easily. The only problem I have with this is I have lost the parent cupholders on it. ;( Once, one was returned to me that they lost at airport security and the other one is still missing. They only twist on and when you fly as much as I do, know that you should remove them both first! Other than that, I am extremely happy with this product!"

Perfect for out 15 month apart kids!

★★★★★
5.0

"We love this stroller! It's perfect for our 22 month and 7 month old children. My husband tends to pack the diaper bags and he packs like we're going away on a year vacation and even so the stroller holds every bit of it all to my surprise. My daughter hasn't been a big fan of other strollers but this one she LOVES. We keep it in our home more often than not so she'll climb in it when she's ready for a stroll. It's a nice sturdy durable stroller that has more features than you could ever imagine. By fat the best out there."

Click here to download the Graco Quattro Tour Duo Stroller Manual STROLLER SAFETY & YOU Nothing can beat a parent’s bonding time with their child and the stroller has become a staple accessory in any bonding activity as it gives both a chance to enjoy the outdoors or do daily chores with each other Like with a car, one must look into safety precautions when using strollers. You spend your time securing your baby in your car to eliminate risks, why stop there? Your quality time with your child should be experienced with full enjoyment, and any accidents whether minor or major, can be avoided just by keeping in mind the following tips, as gathered from various sources who are experts in the field of child safety… the parents! Buckle Up! It is very important that baby or child be strapped and buckled up whenever they are in the stroller, even if you are only going a few steps. All it takes is an unexpected bump to make a spill, irregardless of your walking speed. It may seem tedious to keep doing this repeatedly, however, the time you spend taking this precautionary measure pays back a million times as you basically eliminate the risks involved with you child riding an unsecured mobile device. A Tip… Don’t Let It Tip Strollers are generally lightweight, and so is your child. Avoid using your stroller’s handle to hang extra items like purses, shopping bags, or similar items as it may cause your stroller to become unbalanced, tipping it backwards or in any direction! Since strollers have been designed to make sure weight is distributed evenly to avoid tipping, misuse of any elements that can potentially cause accidents should not be practiced! Never improvise. Use spaces that are meant for the extra items – which is usually found where weight distribution can be done opposite your child, or underneath the seat. Brake Time! A very slight incline can trigger a potentially dangerous motion, rolling from a mere slow to a rapid speed in a matter of seconds. Make sure brakes are checked regularly and used habitually, as necessary. It only takes seconds to push the brakes when you need to take your hands off the stroller, even for those “just a second” moments. Speed It Up? Strollers are designed for specific purposes nowadays. A regular stroller which is not designed for higher speed may potentially cause an accident when used for jogging. A regular misconception about all-terrain strollers is that they are good for jogging. While the wheels may be durable enough to withstand rough or smooth surfaces, the mechanism may not hold true of the same. Before engaging in faster speed activities with your stroller, check your manual or call the manufacturer to make sure it is suitable. If it is not indicated on the package, chances are, it is not designed for that purpose! Unfolding It Folding strollers are designed to have locks for when they are in an open position. Before letting your child ride the stroller, make sure that the lock is secured and everything is stabilized. This is to prevent the stroller from unfolding and collapsing while the child is still riding in it. It may look funny in the movies… but you won’t be laughing if it is your own! Something Borrowed… Something Old… Before using older, handed-down strollers, it is strongly recommended that due diligence is exercised as there may be recalls that the older stroller has gone through, or parts that may need replacing (ie: wheels, brakes), or any other reason that may pose a safety risk for your child. Safety standards for strollers are reviewed and updated regularly, and may vary geographically; Check with the Consumer Product Safety Commission for any alerts to make you reconsider; Your best bet, of course, is to go for a newer model. Research These days, consumers are very pro-active in giving reviews and alerts for other people's information. Parents are especially quick in letting other parents know what products are good for kids and what to avoid. Mediums such as the internet are filled with information about specific products and brands, and there are dedicated websites that are created for this purpose. Retailers will now usually include information such as awards, testimonials, and press articles on products, as an additional testimony to its features and benefits. Manufacturer-specific and the Consumer Product Safety Commission sites are good resources when doing research on products prior to use or purchase. Always remember that your child's safety comes first. Exercising research and proper use of products will definitely be beneficial not only for the wellbeing of your child but also for your peace of mind!
