"I run anywhere from 3-6 miles per day with my jogger. When my son was only a few months old, this stoller was great with all the bells and whistles, but as he's gotten older (now 18 months), it is just too heavy and I am now looking to purchase a lighter jogging stroller...." Read Full Review

"I purchased this on a whim since I hate my current jogger and I love it. It really has no cons.
-First off the color is nothing like they show, it is a grey and black with a creamy orange. The color is very nice in person not the construction reflector orange in the pic. Not quite a peach it looks like you combined basic orange and off white.
-Yes this item is heavy but that to me is almost a pro and what I like, if I am going to push my son while running I want a solid and safe stroller that does not feel like it is ready for "lift off". Also unlike the babytrend and even other jeep strollers the frame is metal and the only plastic is the two cup holders which are very handy. there are two for parents and one for baby.
-storage underneath is very nice roomy and easy to get too.
-This counts steps, speed, distance, time, and even calories burned due to two magnetic strips on the front wheel passing each other and the jeep pedometer that you where.
-The sound quality of the speakers is really good and gets nice and loud. This was the most important feature to me. When I am running I do not like to have earbuds in. I want to be able to hear if a car is coming or someone is coming up behind me simply for safety reasons. Also my son loves the music too.
-A lot of people complain about the fixed wheel but news flash this is not a shopping in the mall stroller it is for running! It glides smoothly with minimal effort and if you need to make curved turns due to the shocks it leans and flex's much like a skateboard and will curve. Sharp turns you simply slow tilt and turn.
-The canopy offers full sun protection and can be removed for nice weather and the adjustable handle makes it comfortable for any height person.
I would highly recommend this stroller with the one hand steering, music, and comfort it is the perfect jogger without breaking the bank. i truly hope this was detailed and helps you out in your decision."

"My daughter loves the ride and I love the design. The stroller provides a smooth and stable ride. i find it very easy to maneuver- just a slight tilt backward allows me to turn. There are tons of convenient pockets and compartments for me to keep things, including a cupholder for my morning coffee. I also love being able to plug my ipod into the stroller so we can listen to music while we walk or jog. The front tray is removable, or I can keep it on and attach a toy bar that my daughter loves to play with. My favorite feature is the ability to adjust the sun shade to any position to protect my baby's eyes. Only a tiny complaint: the harness clip is a little difficult to squeeze to release. I have pinched my fingers a few times, but my daughter is never at risk of getting pinched. My husband said the brakes were a little difficult to adjust, but I have had NO brake problems while using the stroller."
Pros:
"This is a great jogging stroller! I started using the stroller with my six week old. I just tucked a few towels around him and we hit the road. The little guy slept the whole time. This stroller offers a very smooth ride even over uneven terrain. I can hit bumps and baby is not disturbed. The music part is great too!
The only reason this stroller did not receive 5 stars is due to the canopy cover. I would prefer something with a little more coverage. It was hard to block total sun. I either had to put a hat on him or drape a towel to block the sun. We have had a very successful running relationship due to this stroller. We completed our first 5K two months after he was born! We're looking forward to many more."
Pros:
"I use the stroller daily for walks along the beach and the beach trail. I've been walking my newborn since he was 4 weeks old. We are usually gone 2-3 hours and he sleeps most of the time. The suspension is great. It rides over the bumps wonderfully. It's definitely a stroller for the outdoors. I wouldn't use it for shopping. I have a different stroller for that purpose. But for the price why not have two?? My only complaint would be that I have to fill the tires frequently with air. Not sure if I just have bad tires or if it's because I use it so much. All in all......I love it."
Pros:
"Yes I am a runner that actually uses the Jeep Overland Limited Jogger stroller for running. I got frustrated and tired of reading review of jogging stroller by walkers.(no offense walkers, your reviews are just not helpful when it comes to jogging) I am here to review how this stroller performs while running. Anyways, I have had this stroller for about a month now. My husband and I both use it. He is 6'4" and I am 5'5". The adjustable handle was a necessity for us and has been wonderful. We can both use this stroller without a problem. I have had no issues with the stroller pulling one direction or the other. It has always traveled straight on course for us. The adjustable shade is fantastic and a must have. However, if it is zipped up, the shade tends to collapse on it's own while running. Annoying but can be remedied by unzipping. There are times I wish there was some fabric between the zipper and shade when it is detached for added coverage. We don't use the parent tray at all. It weighs about 3 lbs by itself so we just didn't attach it. I didn't buy the stroller for it's musical abilities. That's just a perk. The pedometer is useful, it would be nice if it had a timer on it or a clock. The seat and straps are nicely padded and my 8 month old seems quite comfortable and they all wipe off very easily. I like the easy reclining feature for when he falls asleep. It's a smooth transition from sitting to lying down. There is all sorts of storage space and the mesh bag by the handles it great to hold my cellphone, water bottle and keys. Wheels are a good size and are easily removed. The pump that comes with the stroller is terrible, but I didn't buy the stroller for the pump. Just use another one and you'll be fine. It will work in a pinch if I need a quick fill up road side. I like that the front wheel is fixed as it should be on a jogger. Learning to steer but shifting your weight took very little time to learn. The ride is smooth and the breaking system is great. Folded up the stroller is HUGE. It will fit in the trunk of my Prius but I rarely travel with the stroller. I have a bike path down the road so the stroller was bought for use directly from my house. The stroller is pretty heavy as far as a jogger is concerned but I do like that it isnt super long like some of the Schwinn joggers can be. The reviews from Consumer Reports and the price is what first attracted us to this stroller. I just don't have the cash to drop $300+ on a stroller that will work about the same. Just remember, no stroller is perfect. There are going to be likes and dislikes from all of them. You just have to find the stroller that is right for you at the right price. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend the Jeep Overland Limited Jogger to friend."

"This is a great stroller for running. I have been doing the Couch 2 5k program and this stroller has made it very practical for me and my 10 month old. I have only had moderate success with the odometer, but the stroller was easy to put together and the speakers work great. I give it a four out of five stars because the odometer seems to be a consistent problem among other owners. The stroller fits easily into the back of my Subaru Forester (small hatchback SUV) with room on either side, and in front of it, if I push it all the way against the back seats.
Those that are unhappy with it need to realize that this is not a stroller for going to Starbucks and then wandering around the grocery store. If you want something with better turning, don't buy a fixed wheel stroller. However, this feature is much safer for running along roadways, you don't have to worry about catching a rock and having your stroller veer into traffic.
Do your research, this stroller is a great bang for your buck."

"This jogging stroller is great! We got it as a baby shower gift and did not register for it but, got it anyway. We love it and would not go for anything else! Plus, the price is right for the product.
We have a 10 week old baby who we put in the stroller at 7-8 weeks. It worked very well. We went jogging with it, walked with it, and walked on the beach with it. It worked great in all situations and our son really enjoys riding in it. Turning takes practice but, can be fun if you look at like an obstacle course :). It works extra muscles while jogging which is a bonus.
It is really rugged and comfortable to use. We have confidence that this stroller will continue to work well for us.
It is heavy and large (only easily stowed in a large area). However, we keep it in the back of our Jeep Cherokee and it fits fine. We even have our everyday stroller stacked on top of it, still leaving room for other things (and leaving room to look out our back window).
It is heavy however, as I mentioned above, it works extra muscles :)! After being picked up and when put down on the ground, it is easy to move by pulling and wheeling it along.
All who are buying this product have to keep in mind that is not used purely for convenience, it is used for rough grounds and streets. This stroller is meant for parents who exercise. This stroller makes exercise convenient when having a baby!
I suggest buying the stroller for sure!"

Cons:
"I was a little nervous purchasing a stroller on line but this looked to be an all purpose stroller with good quality and the right price. I am very pleased with the purchase. I wanted a stroller that would accomodate for the maximum range of weight, that was sturdy for running, and one that would manuver in stores and anywhere else I needed to go. Just a heads up though, when we were assembling the stroller, my husband forced the pedometer into its place and broke its holster. He's not very good at finese, so I'm not too suprised, but be careful and don't force it in. Other than that, it will work wonderfully for both me and my husband."
