"I agree with the other reviewers that it doesn't absorb as well, but I still want to stick to these for the most part. I'm home at the moment, so I'll use these daily, but plan to use a more absorbent brand when I go back to work. They also get a little hard in the spots where the milk is most concentrated/absorbed, which doesn't happen with other pads. I still like them though and will try to use them as often ..." "I have used every product like this, and was thrilled to see an organic pad. BUT, it is NOT actually organic, but says it's natural. Also, they are not effective at all. Even a little leak shows right through- a mess! The only purpose for this product is to stick it between you and a better product, or a washable pad...." Read Full Review

I still like them though and will try to use them as often as possible. I had bad reactions to some menstrual/maternity pads when recovering from a C-section, so I'm trying to stick to natural products as much as possible."
"I liked these. They were soft enough, and I rubbed a little lanolin in before putting them in my bra. They look really stupid in a sleep bra, however, and your husband will make fun of you if you come to bed like that. Just sayin'."
Pros:
"I like that these are organic and soft, but they are bit small in diameter and show through my clothes. I like a wider pad so that if it moves under my clothing I don't end up leaking near the edge. I also notice that they get hard and uncomfortable if they get wet and then dry again."
Pros:
Cons:
"I've tried a bunch of pad and though these don't have a sticky back to attach to your bra, they stay in place, last all day, and are incredibly comfortable. Also not scratchy, and don't give your chest a "lumpy" look (as do many of the others out there)."
Pros:
"Nice that these are natural, but they are not absorbant enough and leak through quickly for me."
Pros:
Cons:
"I like that these are organic and that there is no gel/bead things in them that end up sticking to my breasts (that can't be good for baby). However, they don't absorb as well. Doubling up works well, or what I usually do is wear one of these closest to me and then a J&J pad on the other side of this pad."
"These pads are not worth the money. The one good thing I can say about them is that they are soft. That said, they do stick to me occasionally and it is painful to pull them off. They are thick and bulky and not as large in diameter as other pads. The worst part is that they don't contain leakage well at all! Sometimes I wonder if I forgot to put them on. NOT a good option for using when you plan to leave the house. I was excited to find something so "clean" and seemingly healthy but they do not perform their intended function well. I have tried many kinds and find Lansinoh to be the best."
"These absorb, but they move around in your bra, need stickies on back."
Pros:
Cons:
"No complaints. Soft, all natural pads. Tried all brands out there... nothing compares to Natracare's softness. I'm a B cup (C cup a few hours into a night without baby) and these work just fine."
