"I gave this TV to my dtr.-in-law as a gift for my grddtrs (2 yr. old twins and a 4 1/2 yr. old). Their nanny had been bringing her 15" Toshiba with her when she baby-sat to play childrens' DVDs in their playroom and I was impressed by the quality and clarity of the picture. It looks much larger than 15" and it is so light (7#)it is easy to carry from room to room. It is very stable on a table but more importantl..." Read Full Review

"A 15" TV is a nice size to sit on a shelf in my home-office. Speakers are on front bottom which project the sound directly toward you, which is good. The 15" wide screen has several choices built in to vary the size of the picture from normal square to theater-wide or letterbox. Good variety. But, the close caption feature which I use is difficult to get to for quick activation or de-activation. Several clicks a..." Read Full Review
Pros:
"This fits perfectly under the cabinet in my kitchen, takes up only a minimal amount of space, and has a very clean picture and good sound. The added bonus of a DVD player is wonderful, as well. Setup was a snap and we were watching and enjoying it as soon as all the channels were automatically populated. Tried out several of my DVD's and they functioned perfectly, as well. The picture and sound options are numerous and give you a great variety of choices. Looking forward to viewing movies from my videocam and hooking up my laptop so I can watch some free movies from Netflix. The only thing that could have made this better, would have been if it came in 1080p."
Pros:
"Between receiving this TV and deciding on and ordering the Terk HDTVa antenna, I experimented with the DVD/CD player. Several users have complained about the sound level, but I found a DVD movie and music CDs to be just fine, and now I know the TV sound is certainly loud enough, too. However, there is fairly low volume on audio CDs. This minor problem won’t bother everyone, and a 15” TV will probably be used in a small room and up at ear level (my kitchen counter, for instance). It shouldn’t be a deal-breaker!
This AM I unpacked the new antenna, assembled it (about one minute), connected everything and put it in a window behind some plants. Then I ran the Auto Channel Search and turned up 17 channels (mostly digital) that I want to watch!
This is where amazement came in. Excellent picture, excellent sound, very easy set-up, and even a good owner’s manual. I accidentally deleted one of my favorite channels and was able to get it back very quickly without starting all over again!
As for the antenna, there are hills, huge oak trees, and 18 miles to the broadcast towers. It is in a window facing away from them and it still works. Thank you."
Pros:
"TV is great I have, but i only bought it for one reason and that was because the room that i am putting it in has no counter space and i have a wall mount.... and of all the TV's I could by this one can not be wall mounted because of the lack of wall mount holes on the back side....this should be added to the discription for other people that have the same idea as me...[...]"
Pros:
"I use it in the kitchen and the size and depth are perfect for the counter space. Speakers are on the front rather than sides so the sound is great, as well as the picture. DVD player is built in and works perfectly. I would purchase this product again."
Pros:
"The TV has a fantastic picture! I never expected to see a picture like it produces--extremely sharp and colorful. I was looking for a small digital TV that I could use on my screened porch during the warm weather. I attach a small, flat, omnidirectional antenna and receive all the local digital and analog stations in my area. The "over the air" picture that I get is far superior to the cable-supplied pictures that I receive on my other (non-gital) TVs in the house.
I haven't yet view any DVDs on the TV, so I can't comment on that aspect of the product.
My only complaint is that the power cord is too short: it's only 5 ft. 3 in. long. With the TV set on the very edge of my outdoor table, the power cord is stretched tightly between the TV and the wall outlet. There's no slack at all to allow the cord to lie on the floor in the three feet or so between the table and the wall outlet. I guess Toshiba assumes that all purchasers use their TVs on stands or tables sitting against walls!"

Cons:
"I searched everywhere for a small, white TV with DVD player build in to use in my art studio. ABT had the best price on the web. Everyone who sees it for the first time comments how "cute" it is. I think so, too.
At first I thought the picture quality was sub-par, but then I realized that the Auto-Channel-Search had captured HD versions of all my channels and numbered them in the 700's. They look fantastic.
The speakers stink and the tv was about $75 more expensive than I think its worth, but I HAD to have white. All in all it's a good tv. I might set up an external speaker, though.
Also, you can turn off the annoying red power light that stays on constantly...look in the instrux. I bought the extended warranty. better safe than sorry."

Cons:
"I got this TV for my 8 yr. old daughter and she loves it. It was fairly simple to set up and very lightweight. I think it's overpriced [...] but I got it for her through Toys R Us because my daughter received Toys R Us gift cards for her birthday and wanted to purchase this item with the cards. Overall, both my daughter and I are satisfied with this TV."
Pros:
"This was actually a purchase for my mother who is technology challenged. The remote is easy to see and use and this is the first DVD player she's been able to operate. The white tv is perfect for her kitchen."
Pros:
Cons:
"I really like this LCD TV. Toshiba has always been the greatest in color and picture. This little LCD has great sound from it's own speakers which is hard to find on LCD's. I have built a place in my RV for it and it is perfect! Note that though the small Toshiba's do not accept wall mounts to the back, they can be fastened to a shelf via the LCD's base so that takes care of that when using under a kitchen cabinet or on the wall where mounting is prefered. I'm very happy with my purchase!"
