Underwraps Tulip Pixie??? Costume

"I have not yet used this product. I couldn't pass on the great $ for next year's Halloween. It really is adorable. I wanted something that could be placed over a layer of clothing b/c end of Oct is typically cool."

"This costume is absolutely adorable! I loved the way my daughter played with the glittery petals and tugged at the wings. When it came to the quality of the stitching though, it was definately lacking. Upon arrival, I had to restitch the ends and realign the stitching on the booties. There weren't so many loose strings, just not properly ended seams and loosely threaded strings. The wings were of poor quality. They would not stand alone and required pipecleaners sewn to them to keep them upright. The velcro on the back of the wings did not fit the dress. They were spaced too far apart and had to be reset. I would only recommend this product to people who have the time to fix these things. For the price, its a fair value. With the little alterations I made, it should work for the next Halloween season. That to me, makes this a worthwhile investment. But again, if you don't have the time to tweek things, it may not be the right one for you."

"I bought this for my daughter Belle's 1st Halloween. I was not impressed with the costume as much as I was with the on-line picture. The costume hung off of her so I went and re-sewed certain areas. The wings were very flat and droopy, they looked more like petals. I ended up buying a new set of wings from the Dollar store. I spent [$] but I think I could of gotten a very similar costume for cheaper around town."

"I loved this costume so much that I'm afraid all others will pale by comparison. Seriously, my daughter was crazy cute in this thing. She literally stopped traffic while walking down the street. So it worked out well for us although it was a bit chilly while trick or treating - even with a onesie underneath. It was so darned cute that I hated to cover her up with a sweater."

"This costume (dress, headband, and shoes together) are so cute! My daughter is 6 months (~18 lbs) and wore the size small. It was perfect! When she was in her seat you couldn't see the wings and people thought she was a strawberry (but they thought it was so cute!) The shoes are VERY large but stay on for the most part. I also saw another little girl wearing this same costume. She was about 1 1/2 years old and walking-it was so darn cute! Very whimsical!"

"My 10 month old daughter wore this to a costume party and on Halloween. She seemed very comfortable and looked soooo cute. Received MANY compliments. Would buy this again and recommend to friends and family."

"I really got what I expected. The material is good and resistant. I bought it for a 12 mo. old to wear it but it even fits my 2 year old since it's pretty loose. It goes with the fairy theme. It's not as "puffy" as it looks, I'm in a way glad it doesn't have that extra material because it ends up irritating the kid's skin. I just added a regular skirt (cotton or denim) under and needs to wear a sleeveless shirt, this area is cool during Spring or Fall. The costume is like a big camisole. To make it look even better, I bought butterfly wings at [...] at the gardening decoration section ( $3.00). They are big wired, pretty color wings. The wings from the costume are small and won't stand much since ther aren't wired. I still recommend it. I got it at the sale price and can't even get something like this at already used price."

"I purchased this for my 6 month old to wear for a Halloween party and costume birthday party. It was a big hit at the Halloween party and I'm excited to see her in it again this coming weekend for the birthday party. Its easy to use, easy to clean and my daughter had no problem wearing the headband. I had a similar costume for my 4 year old daughter so they looked adorable together. The costume is big for a 6 month old, but I figured that she can wear it several times before it gets too small. I only gave it 4 stars because the wings were limp (they don't stay up like the photo shows), there was no bloomer (I used one that we already have), and the booties that come with it were too big and kept falling off (they actually fit my 4 year old perfectly, so she used them)."

"I bought this for my two year old daughter to wear for our Halloween activities plus for general dress up fun in the coming year. It's adorable!!! I really like that the shoes have a bottom - not really appropriate for outdoors, but perfect for indoor events and dress up play at home. I'll probably put her in different shoes if we go outdoors in the costume. The headband is probably my favorite piece. I don't think the petals go all the way around the dress, but you don't really need them too since you have the wings on the back. The wings attach with velcro to the back so it can feel a little tricky to get it on until you get used to it.

"I purchased the smaller size for my daughter this past Halloween and loved it, so I bought another one to use for next Halloween. The costume was a big hit and it was easy to clean and wear for the baby. I love the matching headband and my older daughter now uses the smaller costume for her stuffed animals. My only criticism is that the booties were way too big (I purchased the 6-12 month size and the booties fit my 4 year old daughter!)and the wings were limp. I didn't mind about the wings for this past Halloween, but I'm going to try to figure out a way to make the wings rigid for next Halloween when my daughter will be walking."
