I love this!
"I really like the extra smaller bowl and blade for lesser amounts--I use it for mincing garlic, chopping green onions, etc. The motor is powerful enough that I recently shredded sweet potato for a soup recipe, something that would have jammed a machine with less power. Attractive, easy to use but underpowered
"Few of us can cook at a serious level without a food processor. This particular model received excellent ratings by America's Test Kitchen. But I found it underpowered. My main use of food processor is to make pasta...blending egg and flour. With this device, the motor stopped, and we had to wait several minutes for it to cool down enough to restart.
