"I purchased this coffee maker on a recommendation from a friend who used to own a coffee shop. He recommended KitchenAid since it has the java spray feature that gently showers the coffee for brewing. "We use this product every day and while the unit is easy to clean and brews quickly, the filters don't fit properly, coffee grounds are not only in the pot, but in the cups as well.The coffee does not stay hot either.
