"We had this oven installed on December 1st 2008. It lasted 4 weeks before the magnatron and inverter went. We called kitchenaid to get the appliance fixed, who sent a repair technician who diagnosed the problem but couldn't fix it. Kitchenaid then sent ANOTHER technician who then had to re-diagnose the problem. The second technician has been a nightmare since, unable to order correct parts and fix the problem at..."
