"I have 2 of of these to handle both of my A/V setups (since I have some similar devices ex. 2 Panasonic DVD players) I was able to copy one remote to the other. I've lost (or ruined a remote or 2 in my time - so now the first thing I do is add new components to the RF-20)PROS:If you're a tecni-phobe: the basic setup is as easy as much less competent devices. Good features, but some flaws too
"It has an easy-to-follow setup. The guide is clear and concise. However, I have two complaints about the product - the learning feature required me to reprogram every button several times before it "took". But once programmed, it was solid.
