"The customer agent was very friendly and professional and said that I could expect my muzee internet radio device in 3-5 days; this was on a Monday.On Wednesday,two days later,the UPS box was on my porch-that's service. Gotta work more than ONCE!
"Booted and ran when I first unpacked it. Very cool. Logged off of it and it hasn't run since. Won't connect, there's no HELP section either on the dongle, or on the MUZEE website. Not thrilled with having to take it back...." Read Full Review »

"[...] Untrained monkeys could get this thing up and running in 5 minutes, which is why it only took me 1 minute to figure out. Forget searching for stations websites. Forget paying a monthly fee. Just buy this, jam it in the first open USB port and off you go. I bought it for [$] at a discount store, but after using it for a few months I'd pay $40 for it no problem."

Because the stations you're accessing are also on the internet, the sound quality is excellent.

"Purchased this item with reservations, Still getting familiar with it. So far excellent product. Started out listening to 1377 Melbourne's Easy Listening out of Perth, Australia. Cool, even listening to Australian accents during advertisements. In my first hour of use, already have favorite radio stations in Iceland, Germany, and Australia. Very excited about this product. Radio stations no longer total 13,000. Number appears now be 16,000. This item should be in every foreign language class. I wish I had it when I took German in 1987. Enjoy."

"I feel the Muzee is the only way to listen to the radio. I never listen to local AM or FM radio anymore because of it. I unsubscribed from XM prior to getting it last Christmas. I know that the day will come when the Muzee completely puts XM and Sirius out of business. When the day comes that the Muzee becomes part of motor vehicles, it will spell doom and death for XM and Sirius."
