Works great when it doesn't steam up

"This is a great oven that although takes a longer time for basic tasks (like toasting bread), cooks evenly and well. However, i found that i had to monitor the oven if whatever i was cooking produced too much steam because the steam would cause the electrical controls to malfunction.
