breaks often
"As far as boiling water it is the best as it is extremely fast. I had the product for about 3 months when the lid broke, and it was replaced by Krups. Now a month or so later the entire pot just stopped working. For almost $80 dollars I would expect the product to last more then 6 months. The warranty department was closed so I had to send and email and have to wait for reply...." Read Full Review »

Awesome kettle
"I'm a big tea drinker so this kettle gets a lost os use. I really like it and haven't had a single problem with it. It heats up fast and is cool to touch on the outside. Which is nice when you have little ones around. "
