"I use this machine at least daily and it is a big hit with family and friends. The only down side is I have to heat up the milk froth after making to get it hot enough to drink. Not sure why this is, and it really is not a big problem. It is fun and easy to use. So glad I got it! "

"I have had 2 Starbucks machines over a 210 year period. I thought I'd try Krups- this is the 2nd machine I've ordered which was defective. I wouldn't order it. Consumer report was way off-base on rating this as one of the better machines. "

"Chrome peeling of the coffee holder. Memory setting for amount of water has a mind of it's own ... not what I set it to. Sometimes not enough water sometimes it overflows. "
