I Love Cashews & I Love These!!!

"I love cashews, raw & unsalted so I just taste the cashew. This is not exactly the same but is similar to having a handful of cashews. You just don't have as much crunch. I have IBS & this is a food I can treat myself with & not worry about any digestive problems after. My only concern is the fat content.
