"My husband and I eat Larabars constantly and have gotten friends and family hooked- we love that these are free of grains, refined sugars, soy, etc. We're physically fit and don't find that these have caused us to gain any weight at all, but then again we find the huge dose of nuts (and their fats) to be a plus- we don't go for any phony "low-fat" fad foods.
