"This mower is so easy to run. It almost glides over the lawn, the self propelling is great. It walks with you. The powerfull engine cuts right through tall grass, and bagging is a snap. "Difficult starting while under warranty. Took to "authorized service center" and was charged $26.75. Complained to Lawn Boy Customer Care. Their response "Sorry we are unable to assist you." Their warranty is worth about as much as the grass clippings. "
