Consider your floor before buying a front loader.

"First, it's worth noting that to get the most out of this or any front loading washer, it needs to installed on a very solid floor. I live in an apartment. The building is very old and the laundry room in my apartment has soft linoleum on top of a very old, creaky wood floor. Hopefully you won't need service

"We have had this washer for 9 months now and I'm glad I waited to write a review. It is easy to be impressed at first, until you start getting the IE error code. There is a part that needs to be replaced (already) which controls the water pressure into the machine. Getting an LG service man to actually show up is NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE.
