Consider your floor before buying a front loader.
"First, it's worth noting that to get the most out of this or any front loading washer, it needs to installed on a very solid floor. I live in an apartment. The building is very old and the laundry room in my apartment has soft linoleum on top of a very old, creaky wood floor. Hopefully you won't need service
"We have had this washer for 9 months now and I'm glad I waited to write a review. It is easy to be impressed at first, until you start getting the IE error code. There is a part that needs to be replaced (already) which controls the water pressure into the machine. Getting an LG service man to actually show up is NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE. Home Depot doesn't seem exactly interested in making sure our service needs are ..." Read Full Review »
