Never will be Able to Use Fast Spin

"I bought both the washer and dryer with pedestals in January and have had two service guys out to balance the washer. It's not all the time but it sounds like a train coming through the house. I have run to the laundry room like theres no tomorrow to stop the washer and re-arrange the clothes several times and start the machine again.
