"I will start by saying that I have been actively researching flat panel TVs for the last 4 months. I have researched all review sites on the web (Cnet, BB, etc.) and have personally tested showrooms of Best Buy, Sears, etc. by placing various models side by side. "Picture is excellent (5 stars). I have a bright room with lots of sunshine. So I needed a LCD/LED TV with matted screen. This one worked for me perfectly - except for audio (1 star): I use Time Warner Digital Cable box to get HiDef Channels. When I connect it using HDMI 1.3b cable, the audio LAGs the video by about 1/2 second. This is not the normal HDMI "Lip Synch" issue where audio comes before video. My lip ..." Read Full Review »

"Let's clear up this lip sync issue. Most new HDMI devices have a new 1.3 spec that compensates for the difference in time it takes to process the video vs the audio signal.
