i loveeeeeeeeee this dvd..oh yes!!!
"I started working out doing this dvd... i had no motivation but watched the biggest loser tv show and then my asst manager gave me this dvd to try.. my starting weight was 185 pounds and now im at 145.. my goal weight is 115-120... i cant even tell you how incredibly happy i am.. everyone that sees me can def tell a difference in my body.. and how much happier i am... it was very difficult for me.... i would cr..." Biggest Loser The Workout DVD
"The actual movements of these videos are made so everyone can do them. What I don't like, is you do the same boring stretches before each workout (same video clip that seems slow and not flowing). The music is the "biggest loser" music and it seems in the background. It doesn't get you moving and motivated like Tae Bo or Step Reebok videos do.
