Incredible Workout!
"This is the first time I have liked something well enough to want to give a review for it! This DVD is great. What I like the most about it is that these are real people struggling through the workouts just like me! Bob is an amazing motivator through each workout and doesn't make you feel bad if you can't do everything that they are doing. There is always a low impact modification. Biggest Loser The Workout DVD
"The actual movements of these videos are made so everyone can do them. What I don't like, is you do the same boring stretches before each workout (same video clip that seems slow and not flowing). The music is the "biggest loser" music and it seems in the background. It doesn't get you moving and motivated like Tae Bo or Step Reebok videos do.
